RETURN POLICY
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received you can ask for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in the original resalable condition. This includes the appropriate tags still fixed on, no wear or tear or any unpleasant odours. We are not able to refund any items that appear to be washed worn or not in original condition.
No refund will be given for the delivery costs and you will be responsible for paying for the shipping back of the product you want to return.
Once we receive the product we will be doing thorough checks before accepting the refund or exchange. If it is deemed not to be in original condition the item will be shipped back to you at your cost.
All shipping must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
Please make sure any item shipped back to us is packaged well, so is not damaged in the post.
For hygiene reasons socks , body suits and underwear cannot be refunded or exchnaged if removed from original packaging.
If returning footwear please have a protected outer package as the box is included in the product condition any damage to this may result in the product being deemed unsuitable for a refund.
Flizzone is not responsible for any customs charges made in this process.
