Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna buy now pay later. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

Can I amend or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly — usually within 1–2 hours of placement. If you need to make a change, contact us at official@flizzone.com immediately. We cannot guarantee amendments once an order has been dispatched, but we will always do our best.

Do you offer Klarna or buy now, pay later?

Yes. Klarna is available at checkout, allowing you to split your payment into 3 interest-free instalments or pay in 30 days.

Delivery

How long will my UK order take to arrive?

We aim to deliver UK mainland orders within 1–3 days of purchase. Delivery costs are shown at checkout as shipping costs can vary.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 1 to 2 weeks. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Am I responsible for customs charges?

International orders may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient — Flizzone is not responsible for any customs charges.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day returns window from date of receipt. Items must be in original resalable condition with tags still fixed on, no wear or tear, and no unpleasant odours. To start a return, email official@flizzone.com with your order number.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number and insurance — we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages in transit.

Are there any items I can't return?

For hygiene reasons, socks, bodysuits, and underwear cannot be refunded or exchanged if removed from original packaging. Footwear must be returned with the original shoe box intact and protected by an outer package — any damage to the box may result in the return being rejected.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at official@flizzone.com with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Authenticity & Pricing

How can you sell designer items below retail?

We source from a combination of authorised retailer end-of-season clearances, bulk purchases from verified stockists, and direct from private sellers. By buying in volume and operating lean, we pass the savings directly to you.

Are all items 100% authentic?

Absolutely. Every item goes through our in-house authentication process before being listed. We have never sold a counterfeit item and back this with a full money-back guarantee. See our Authenticity page for full details.

Are items new or pre-owned?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all items sold on Flizzone are brand new with original tags. Pre-owned items, if ever listed, will always be clearly labelled as such.
